Cruisin' New England Magazine "Spooktacular" 1998 show was held at a new location, Burlington, MA. The cars were once again, elaboratley decorated in the festive Holloween style. The D.J. was busy spinning the oldies; and of course, "The Monster Mash". Many car clubs participated. Awards, dance contests, cake decorationg and costumes made this a memorable event for all in attendance.
