In 1984, Chevrolet introduced a new body style for the Corvette, one that offered more cargo and passenger space, better driver outward vision and the highest base selling price of any Corvette to date ($23.360). And in 1986, there was good news for Corvette fans with the return of the convertible after nearly a 10 year absence. The 1988 Corvette marked its 35th anniversary with a new production option appearing on white coupes (RPO Z01), and the 1990 Corvete introduced the new ZR1 code. The ZR1 was a new LT5 engine with 375 bph and getting up to 22 miles per gallon of gasoline. The DVD features 49 examples of original stock, restored, coupes, convertibles, ZR1 modls, Callaway models and customs. The DVD includes multiple angle shots of engines, interiors and exteriors of 40 Chevrolet Corvettes, all set in scenic background locations. Music and titles have been added to set the mood for this classic DVD. Anyone who enjoys this generation of Corvette styling should not miss this DVD!
