The T Bucket was one of the most common street rod vehicles of the 1950's-1960's. The ones showcased on this DVD will have the 1923 or 1926 Ford bodies. The engines on these T Buckets run from basic stock Ford 351, Chevy 350 to big block Ford 460, and the Chevy 454 with superchargers. The early T Buckets were inexpensive to build, with parts easily located in any local automobile parts yard, but they were not very comfortable to drive or ride in for any length of time or distance. The T Buckets of the 1980's and 1990's have taken modern technologies, like air ride suspension, air conditioning, power windows, fuel injection and custom interiors, to improve performance and make cruising longer distances more comfortable.
